Call Center Heroes: Employee of the Month Support Team Member leaderboard

A Fortune 500 Client, wanted to gamify its employee of the month reward system at its international call centers. It wanted to create
an Intranet hosted web game that would be used to display, reward and incentivize its call center staff to “up their game” while playing competitively for rewards and promotion.

The art direction was to make a comic book style “fun” web dashboard that would display the leaderboard and other metrics internationally for call centers all around the world.

Here are some screens of the system for which created the visual direction and collaborated with a designer and engineer to create the system, as well as a brand and “fun” comic book style, visual language.

The Framing varied slightly by localization and language. We also offered the option for people to use a masked avatar if they felt uncomfortable sharing their likeness.

There were a number of graphical displays for the dashboard, which was displayed on all staff machines as a home screen.
Metrics such as number of calls taken and customers serviced were also displayed.
